What we collect

The photo you upload, the analysis generated from it, an anonymous device identifier, basic usage events (such as which pages you opened), and — if you buy the premium report — payment records from our payment processor.

How your photo is used

Your photo is stored in private encrypted storage and sent to an AI model solely to produce your analysis. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shown to other users. It is deleted from our storage immediately after processing unless you explicitly asked us to keep it for progress comparisons.

Retention

Photos: deleted right after analysis by default. Analysis results: kept so you can revisit them, until you delete them. Payment records: retained in anonymised form as legally required financial records.

Your rights

You can view, export or delete your data at any time from the privacy controls page. Deleting your data removes your analyses, photos and consent records and cannot be undone.

Children

FACEVERSE is not intended for anyone under 13.
